Inclusion
Inclusion
BECTU Vision aims to help productions become more inclusive by making small adjustments to their film and TV workplace. This can include implementing formal recruitment procedures to ensure fairness and widen access to opportunities, considering the benefits and strengths of neurodiverse candidates and their skills, asking about access needs when onboarding new team members and practising inclusive communication.
