BECTU Vision is at the forefront of supporting freelance practitioners in Scotland’s film and television industry. Through targeted short courses, industry development initiatives, and drama training programmes, we empower the next generation of talent to thrive in this exciting sector.

We’re now seeking a Co-ordinator (maternity cover) to join our team and work on our programme of training and events, focused on supporting new entrants in Scotland’s film and TV industry.

About the Role

This fixed-term position is ideal for someone with:

> Industry experience in film or television.

> Confident communication skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

> A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a small, dedicated team.
