Announcing the 2025 cohort for the BECTU Vision Producer Development Programme

November 2024 marked an exciting milestone for the next generation of scripted television Producers, as BECTU Vision proudly launched our Producer Development Programme 2024-25. This highly anticipated initiative is designed to equip aspiring Producers with the skills, knowledge, and connections they need to excel in the fast-paced world of High-End Television.

About the BECTU Vision Producer Development Programme

Over the course of six months, a select cohort of 12 talented participants will embark on a comprehensive journey of professional development. The programme combines training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities to offer a deep dive into the multifaceted responsibilities of a Producer.

Participants will gain invaluable insights into leadership, project management, and creative decision-making, ensuring they are fully prepared to lead scripted TV productions.
