wellbeing

The team at BECTU Vision have all worked in film and TV and we understand first-hand that the long working hours and high pressure environments can have an impact on our emotional wellbeing.

Many roles demand prolonged periods of static positioning, leading to common issues like neck and shoulder tension, headaches, and back pain. This discomfort not only affects physical wellbeing but also hampers concentration and productivity.

Working with experts, we’ve created some practical tools to help support and build your emotional and physical resilience.
