Powerhouse Partnerships

Course date: Thursday 10 October 2024
Application deadline: Monday 23 September 2024, 0900

This 1-day interactive course covers the principles of creating a powerhouse job-sharing partnership whilst also teaching the fundamentals of how to offer consistent good leadership and communication with the job-share.

Job sharers will learn about giving and receiving feedback, best practice in offering clear and consistent communication with each other, teams and colleagues, as well as how to get the best out of the partnership and the people they work with.

The course provides participants with the tools required to create a powerful contract between the job-sharers and the confidence to make an impact as a partnership.

Who is this course for?

This course is for freelance film & TV practitioners based in Scotland.  The course works best for those attending in pairs as a current or potential future job-share partnership.  You do not have to have a job-sharing role confirmed to attend.  If you have not yet found a job-share partner but would like to attend the training, please still complete an application form.  If childcare costs are a barrier to attending this course we have funds available to help.
