Flexible Working Fund

Our flexible working fund offers productions in Scotland a chance to trial and implement flexible working practices with financial support. Whether it’s Keeping in Touch Days for crew on maternity leave, on-set mentoring for those stepping up, or part-time involvement in key production days, this fund is designed to help make the industry more accessible, adaptable and inclusive.

This fund is versatile by design so productions can contact us to discuss any ideas for trialing new working patterns, and we’ll explore how we can support them.

Job Share Handover Fund

Our job sharing handover fund, supported by Screen Scotland, is available to any productions hiring a new job share pairing. The fund can cover the cost of the weekly handover day required by job sharers to help remove this additional cost that can sometimes create a financial barrier to job-sharers being employed. To access the fund both sharers must be based in Scotland.
