“When I first thought about looking for a job in film and TV I did not have a clue where to start looking or how to go about it. I was put in touch with Amy Shaw and her help was invaluable. She helped me massively with my CV by explaining what sort of information potential employers would be looking for and giving me advice on what information was not needed as well as advising me on how to format it correctly. Amy also took time out her day to talk on the phone to me and explain to me about film and TV bang and to tell me about different mailing lists I should sign up to so I could receive information on any potential training opportunities or job opportunities. I knew Amy was always going to be there to help if needed and would always answer any question I had for her. I have now been working in the accounts department for film and TV for 3 years and none of that would have been possible if I hadn’t received all this help at the very start of this journey”
